Terms & Conditions

The following are terms and conditions you agree to by visiting this site or purchasing our products.

Satisfaction Guarantee

The Planet Monkman Web Store offers a full "replacement" warranty on all sequences you purchase. This is valid for 30 days from the day of delivery via email.

WE DO NOT offer a money back guarantee for sequences that you have purchased AND have been delivered via email. This means that when you purchase a sequence and it has been delivered via email with a successful "read receipt" you have 30 days to let us know if there is a problem with the sequence. YOU MUST ACCEPT AND SEND A RECEIPT to validate your warranty. If your email program does not support receipts, you must reply to the email that you have received your file(s). These instructions will be provided in every email from us. If within the 30 day period you inform us that your sequence(s) are non-functional, we will send another file.

The reason that we do not offer refunds for files that have been emailed and accepted is simple. You are purchasing an electronic version of a file that can be easily copied. Enough said.

We will ONLY offer a refund under the following circumstances. If you purchase a sequence and it can not be delivered for some reason due to internet issues or issues with PayPal we will then offer a refund. (This does NOT include if you change your email address and do not inform us).

Custom Built Sequences

We DO NOT offer a refund on custom built sequence orders that have been invoiced and paid for. This is because we have turned away business due to the workload. In some cases we will allow a deposit rather than full payment. Deposits are also non-refundable.

Ordering a custom built sequence DOES NOT guarantee delivery of the sequence(s) for the current year. Sequences may take days, weeks or months to complete depending on current workloads. We may let you know that it "appears" that we will be able to, but this in no way should be contstrued as a guarantee.

Customers who elect to utilize the "Priority List" option by paying an additional 50% fee to have sequences delivered by a certain date. Priority List customers are the ONLY customers that are offered a Limited Guarantee as follows:

If your sequences are not delivered by the agreed upon date you will recieve a refund of the "Priority Fee" only. We will still complete your sequences as soon as possible. The "priority fee" in no way is a guarantee of a full refund.

You as the customer understand and agree that our billing process is handled by PayPal entirely. When you purchase a sequence you are directed to PayPal's website to checkout. They bill your credit card and then the funds are transferred to our account minus a processing fee. In that regard you acknowledge and agree that we are in no way responsible for errors by PayPal.

In the event that there is a billing issue or error WE WILL TAKE EVERY STEP POSSIBLE to resolve it as quickly as possible as we are somewhat obligated to help.

Example: You buy one sequence for $20.00 and PayPal bills you for two. IF we get a notice of a $40.00 credit, we will send you the one sequence AND a $20.00 credit. This would also apply if you buy 2 of the same by accident.

Example: Same as above, but we only receive the $20.00, we will contact PayPal and work to make sure THEY refund your money.

Technical Support

Although we will work with you to try and help you, you understand and agree that we are only an online store selling a specific product. Without being sarcastic, if you buy a pair of shoes and can't figure out how to tie them, you cannot expect and will not receive a refund. As stated we will try and help you figure out how to apply our sequences to your display, but we offer these support services ONLY AS A COURTESY and in no way imply a refund for these issues. You are responsible in whole for figuring out how to apply our sequences to your display.

Our sequences are designed and created using Light O Rama Software. It is YOUR responsibility to purchase your own licensed and legal version of LOR software.

Additionally, our sequences are created and/or sold in the latest version of LOR software. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you also have the same version. We will NOT be responsible or liable for sequences that are sold in the latest version that experience a loss of data from using a previous version. This ALSO INCLUDES future updates to LOR software. We will not be responsible or liable for sequences that experience a loss of data that are converted from previous versions to future versions.

We offer answers to your questions, tutorials to assist you as best we can. You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for your sequencing efforts and in no way hold us liable for using the hints, tips, tutorials, etc herein.
