Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of questions received to date and answers or links to tutorials as applicable.

How do I program your "pre-marked" sequences to line up with my channel configuration?

It is a fairly simple process. The "Pre-Marked" sequences use a series of dead channels that are typically marked at intervals throughout the song. These mark out things like the beat, voices, climactic or significant parts of the song that you can apply an effect to.

How do I import my channel configuration into your sequences without losing the "marks"?

Again, another fairly simple process. You can do this one of two ways.

You can either set up your channel configuration to include the same "dead channels" at the same location and use that to import into the pre-marked sequence you purchased.

Open the "pre-marked" sequence you purchased. Then open your sequence with your channel configuration. Add the same "dead channels" into your sequence. Then copy and paste from the sequence you purchased.

How do I make sure I don't lose the marks in the pre-marked sequence I purchased?

BACK UP, BACK UP, BACK UP!!! It is STONGLY RECOMMENDED that you save the pre-marked sequence you purchased in a SEPARATE FOLDER and NEVER RENAME IT or use it as your main sequence. Once you make changes to the pre-marked sequence they are gone for good.

Why have you stopped doing custom built sequences?

Our dsiplay is getting close to 300 channels and my own sequencing takes up much of my time. We are always adding more, repairing items and this takes up the rest of our time. We have no time left.

We will add more Q & A as we get them. We will also be adding some video tutorials as we have time.
